GTM Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Building and optimizing core GTM systems, the full-time remote GTM Systems Platform Specialist will focus on Salesforce and integrated tools to enhance lead distribution, automate workflows, and troubleshoot system issues while providing support to GTM teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize core GTM systems, primarily focusing on Salesforce and supporting tools
• Continuously improve lead-to-account matching and routing logic for efficient lead distribution
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement smart automation to eliminate manual processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and optimizing Revenue Operations (RevOps) or GTM systems
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, including data model, automation, and system architecture
• Proven experience with core RevOps tools like LeanData, Outreach, and DealHub
• Strong experience in designing and maintaining automations and workflows across integrated systems
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, including sync failures and data inconsistencies
