GTM Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting operational workflows in a remote full-time capacity, the GTM Systems Specialist will optimize and enhance Order-to-Cash processes through coordination, requirements gathering, and process documentation across Finance, Billing, and Revenue Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operational workflows related to billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable
• Identify process inefficiencies and assist in coordinating operational improvements
• Compile operational reports and track key O2C metrics to identify trends and process gaps

Required qualifications

• Experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes including billing and revenue recognition
• Experience working with Workday Financials, particularly in Billing and Accounts Receivable
• Ability to translate between technical and business language effectively
• Strong organizational and project management skills
