Job Summary
To support ambitious growth goals, the fully remote GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Marketing roles, optimize hiring processes, and partner with hiring managers across the US, LATAM, and Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager
- Co-design assessment processes, including scorecards and interview plans
- Maintain accurate analytics on pipeline health and use insights to improve hiring outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment
- Experience hiring for GTM roles in B2B sales in the US
- Demonstrated focus on hiring quality with a structured assessment approach
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze funnel metrics
