GTM Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Talent Sourcer to join their People team and assist in finding exceptional talent for Engineering and infrastructure roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
• Build and manage a pipeline of technical talent for GTM roles
• Utilize various sourcing tools and strategies to proactively identify and engage candidates

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the cyber security industry
• Proven success sourcing Sales / GTM roles (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, BDRs, etc.)
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
