GTM Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

To support the Talent Sourcing & Research team, a remote contract GTM Talent Sourcer will proactively identify and engage passive candidates across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success functions in the EMEA region while developing sourcing strategies and contributing to the overall hiring strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates for GTM roles across EMEA
• Build comprehensive talent maps and competitive intelligence on key companies and talent pools
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using various tools and channels to identify talent

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting research, particularly for GTM roles in technology
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Knowledge of the EMEA tech landscape and market dynamics
• Data-driven approach to sourcing with experience in tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics
• Intellectual curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for the company's mission
