GTM Technical Coach

Job Summary

To enhance the go-to-market engine, the fractional GTM Technical Coach will audit and provide insights on systems, workflows, and campaign performance, dedicating approximately 5-6 hours per week in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the full GTM stack and deliver assessments on strengths and weaknesses
• Establish realistic time benchmarks for core GTM activities and ensure team alignment
• Provide ongoing coaching through weekly meetings and actionable feedback on campaign performance

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and running GTM systems
• Background in systems integration and understanding of tool connectivity
• Startup experience, preferably at early-stage companies
• Strong asynchronous communication skills with a focus on clear documentation
• Ability to provide honest and constructive feedback in a collaborative manner
