GTM Technical Coach

Job Summary

To support a growing startup, the part-time GTM Technical Coach will audit and enhance the go-to-market engine by providing hands-on coaching and feedback based on real-world experience, participating in weekly meetings, and validating reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Attend weekly GTM meetings to provide real-time coaching and input on discussions and planning
• Translate meeting discussions into actionable written feedback and help the team refine their strategies
• Review and validate campaign reporting and analysis to ensure metrics are meaningful and accurate

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and running GTM systems in a technical capacity
• Strong background in systems integration and understanding of data flow between various GTM tools
• Experience in early-stage startups, particularly in developing GTM motions from the ground up
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, providing clear and actionable feedback asynchronously
• Track record of giving honest and constructive feedback in a collaborative environment
