GTM Technology Product Owner

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote GTM Technology Product Owner, this role will manage the execution of roadmaps, partner with cross-functional teams to enhance automation, and leverage AI to optimize customer lifecycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to translate business objectives into technical requirements and lead project execution
• Design and implement advanced automations to improve efficiency across post-sales customer lifecycle
• Manage data integrity and system audits while providing expert-level advice on AI capabilities and best practices

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst in a consulting or high-growth tech environment
• Demonstrated expertise in AI principles and experience with relevant applications
• Strong understanding of technology-user relationships and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools for data storytelling
• Proven consultative approach to gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and delivering scalable solutions
