Job Summary

Seeking a full-time contract-to-hire Senior Guest 360 Program Manager, the role will oversee the daily operations of the Guest 360 program, ensuring cross-functional teams remain on track and managing timelines effectively, with the possibility of remote work or relocation for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Guest 360 program, coordinating with Marketing, IT, and vendors
• Build and maintain cost and value cases to support program initiatives
• Ensure adherence to timelines and operational rhythms while driving cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a consulting or operational role, preferably with a top-tier firm
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects end to end
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a structured approach to tasks
• Exposure to data, analytics, CRM, or marketing is preferred
• Coachable and proactive mindset, eager to learn and contribute
