Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guest Empowerment Team Member to enhance the travel experience for guests through digital communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex situations for guests and provide solutions through digital channels
  • Engage in continuous virtual conversations and mentor team members as skills develop
  • Research technical difficulties to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years of customer service experience
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and typing at 50 WPM
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must reside within 50 miles of a designated base airport and have reliable internet access
