Job Summary
A company is looking for a Guest Empowerment Team Member to enhance the travel experience for guests through digital communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex situations for guests and provide solutions through digital channels
- Engage in continuous virtual conversations and mentor team members as skills develop
- Research technical difficulties to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of customer service experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and typing at 50 WPM
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must reside within 50 miles of a designated base airport and have reliable internet access
