Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle across various messaging channels, ensuring effective strategy, execution, and optimization
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Oversee the development of creative briefs and ensure messaging consistency across all channels
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer engagement, CRM marketing, or account management
  • Experience with enterprise engagement platforms such as Braze, Attentive, or Sparkfly
  • Proven ability to manage cross-channel marketing programs effectively
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build consultative relationships
