Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle across various messaging channels, ensuring effective strategy, execution, and optimization
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients, managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships
- Oversee the development of creative briefs and ensure messaging consistency across all channels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in customer engagement, CRM marketing, or account management
- Experience with enterprise engagement platforms such as Braze, Attentive, or Sparkfly
- Proven ability to manage cross-channel marketing programs effectively
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build consultative relationships
