Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resort Guest Experience & Reservation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest and owner requests, manage call intakes, and ensure accurate billing
  • Assist guests with quotes, reservations, and issue resolution while maintaining communication via various software platforms
  • Negotiate with online listing platforms to resolve disputes and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Vocational School Degree or Business Certification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in software systems
  • Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
