Job Summary
A company is looking for a Resort Guest Experience & Reservation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest and owner requests, manage call intakes, and ensure accurate billing
- Assist guests with quotes, reservations, and issue resolution while maintaining communication via various software platforms
- Negotiate with online listing platforms to resolve disputes and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Vocational School Degree or Business Certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in software systems
- Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
