Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time hourly basis, the Guest Experience Specialist will manage guest and owner requests, handle a high volume of calls during peak seasons, and ensure accurate billing and reservations while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest requests, manage call intakes, and assist with quotes, payments, and issue resolution
- Utilize various software platforms to maintain and edit listings and ensure compliance with company policies
- Communicate effectively with guests and negotiate with online travel agencies to resolve disputes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in software platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Advanced computer skills and aptitude for learning new software systems
