Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guest Services Agent to join their national team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle guest communications through various channels, ensuring adherence to policies and standards
  • Record and maintain accurate guest information and communications in the company software
  • Act as a liaison between guests and on-site teams, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug testing and background screening
  • Must be computer savvy and able to adapt to new programs and frequent system changes
