Job Summary
A company is looking for a Guest Services Agent to join their national team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest communications through various channels, ensuring adherence to policies and standards
- Record and maintain accurate guest information and communications in the company software
- Act as a liaison between guests and on-site teams, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug testing and background screening
- Must be computer savvy and able to adapt to new programs and frequent system changes
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and perform various duties
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
