Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers, the remote Guest Services Coordinator will support the Sales and Marketing departments by managing guest qualifications and assigning agents for vacation ownership sales presentations in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire Sales personnel attendance and prepare daily sales rotations while ensuring adherence to tour integrity
- Verify guest qualifications and assist them in setting up for virtual tours, ensuring a seamless experience
- Interact professionally with guests, managing tour connections and addressing any scheduling or modification issues
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales support roles
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and reporting
- Ability to work varying shifts, including mornings and afternoons
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and technical troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
