Guest Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guest Services Representative (Temporary) to provide exceptional customer service and support event logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate travel itineraries, hotel confirmations, and policies via phone and email
• Update guest registrations and hotel room inventory in the system
• Collaborate with Meeting Event Managers, clients, and suppliers to support event logistics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Event Management, or customer-facing roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality is preferred
• Familiarity with registration systems or travel logistics is a plus
