Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guideline Structuring Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Author underwriting guidelines and related materials for assigned products
• Conduct guideline gap analyses to develop new products and identify marketplace gaps
• Initiate and maintain guideline updates across multiple origination channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry or related field
• Experience drafting mortgage underwriting guidelines
• Experience with Non-QM mortgages preferred
• Encompass software experience preferred
