Guideline Structuring Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guideline Structuring Analyst/Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary author on underwriting guidelines and related materials for assigned products
• Complete guideline gap analyses to develop new products and identify existing product gaps
• Initiate the guideline update process and maintain guidelines across multiple origination channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry or a related field
• Experience drafting mortgage underwriting guidelines
• Experience with Non-QM mortgages is preferred
• Encompass software experience is preferred
