Guidewire Application Development Manager
Job Summary
Leading a global Claims delivery team, the full-time Guidewire Application Development Manager will serve as the primary technical leader for the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform, driving architecture, solution design, and technical delivery for Claims initiatives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end implementations, enhancements, cloud deployments, and modernization efforts for the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform
- Manage application portfolio priorities, roadmaps, and platform strategy while ensuring successful delivery through Agile practices
- Act as a trusted advisor for Claims technology and Guidewire best practices, partnering closely with business stakeholders and technology leadership
Required qualifications
- 7-9+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience with multiple end-to-end implementations
- Strong Guidewire Cloud experience, including deployments and architecture
- Hands-on background in Guidewire development, configuration, and solution design
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
- Experience leading technical delivery teams and guiding offshore resources
