Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical resources on agile product teams
• Oversee the delivery and execution of system capability improvements and support activities
• Collaborate with customers, staff, and vendor partners to ensure effective delivery of capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Information Systems, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in managing, planning, designing, and deploying technology projects
• Policy system development experience, preferably with Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter and BillingCenter)
• Strong leadership skills to energize multi-disciplined work teams
• Human resource management skills, including mentoring and performance management
