Guidewire Architect

Job Summary

To lead architecture, design, and delivery of Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations (PolicyCenter & ClaimCenter) for North American clients, the full-time remote Guidewire Architect will define solution architecture, guide large-scale implementations, and drive modernization initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter implementations, including integrations and data flows
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale implementations
• Drive Guidewire Cloud upgrade/migration initiatives and define patterns for microservices and API-led integration

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in Guidewire implementations, specifically in PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter
• Experience leading at least 2+ end-to-end Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations
• Proven experience in Guidewire Cloud upgrade/migration programs
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• Guidewire ACE Certification and Best Practices, preferably at the latest Cloud version level
