Guidewire QA Lead

Job Summary

To enhance testing strategies in the P&C insurance sector, the full-time remote Guidewire QA Lead will collaborate with client QA teams and developers, design and execute test cases, and mentor junior QA members while ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client QA teams, developers, and offshore teams to understand requirements and ensure accurate testing
• Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications, covering complex rules and workflows
• Lead initiatives to enhance testing strategies and mentor junior QA team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 8+ years of P&C insurance and Guidewire PolicyCenter experience, including 5+ years in Commercial Lines
• Hands-on expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager
• Strong background in manual and automation testing for Guidewire Cloud projects
• Guidewire Analyst Associate certification; ISTQB or Agile certifications preferred
