Job Summary

Fluent in Gulf Arabic and English, the part-time Gulf Arabic Linguist will perform remote tasks including categorization, annotation, transcription, and content creation as part of linguistic projects under a commercial contract.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct categorization, annotation, and transcription of various content types
• Engage in conversational interactions and voice recording for linguistic evaluation
• Validate audio, video, images, and written content for accuracy and quality

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Gulf Arabic with correct spelling and writing skills
• Fluency in English with correct spelling and writing skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
• Access to a computer with a minimum of 4GB RAM and a stable internet connection
• Microphone and webcam for participation in audio-collection projects
