GxP Compliance Reporting Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, SAP Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of external report developers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting solutions
• Oversee the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of reports and dashboards using SAP DataSphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI
• Develop and manage an intake process for capturing and prioritizing reporting requirements from business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience with SAP DataSphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI
• Mandatory experience in GxP compliance and validation processes within the life sciences industry
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise data management principles
