GxP Training Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, GxP Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global GxP training strategy and establish governance frameworks for training compliance
• Design and oversee GxP training programs and develop innovative learning solutions
• Ensure training programs meet global regulatory standards and monitor compliance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in relevant fields preferred
• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of R&D functions and the regulatory landscape (GxP, ICH, FDA, EMA, etc.)
• Experience with learning technologies and data-driven training strategies
• Expertise in instructional design and digital learning technologies
