GxP Training Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading the development of training programs, the full-time remote GxP Training Associate Director will design and implement global learning strategies to ensure compliance with Good Practice regulations while fostering a strong quality culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global GxP training strategy in alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate quality objectives
• Design and oversee GxP training programs for diverse functions, utilizing innovative learning solutions
• Ensure training programs meet global regulatory standards and monitor compliance metrics to mitigate risk

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Education, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry focused on GxP compliance
• Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes including GxP, ICH, FDA, and EMA
• Proven ability to design impactful learning programs using adult learning principles
• Experience with learning technologies and data-driven training strategies
