Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hakha Chin-English Interpreter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally and adhere to the Interpreter's code of conduct
• Take notes during calls and be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary
• Participate in internal training, seek new certifications, and report to the team leader

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Hakha Chin at a native or bilingual level
• 1+ years of interpreting experience with good knowledge of medical terminology
• International certifications in the healthcare industry (PICSI) and a high school diploma in the native language
• High emotional intelligence, tolerance of different cultures, and memory retention skills
• Technical requirements include specific computer specifications and a noise-canceling USB headset
