Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Halo ITSM Developer will analyze and enhance workflows within the Halo ITSM platform, collaborating with service desk leadership to optimize IT Service Management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current Halo ITSM workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design, configure, and enhance workflows to meet evolving business needs
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective Halo ITSM solutions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience administering and developing solutions within Halo ITSM
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and service desk operations
• Experience in building and optimizing workflows and automations within Halo
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
