Halo ITSM Platform Developer

Job Summary

To enhance and automate enterprise IT Service Management, the remote contract Halo ITSM Platform Developer will design, develop, and support workflows, integrations, and reporting within the Halo ITSM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support workflows and automation within Halo ITSM
• Develop and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Request, Change, and Asset Management
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise technologies and troubleshoot related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience developing or administering ITSM platforms
• Three or more years of experience with workflow automation and enterprise systems integration
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes including Incident, Request, and Asset Management
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and scripting languages for automation
