HAM Analyst
Job Summary
To optimize the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) program, the contract-to-hire HAM Analyst will evaluate processes within ServiceNow, serve as a subject matter expert, and communicate recommendations to upper management in a remote role, preferably for candidates located on the East Coast.
Key responsibilities
