Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive (Hard Money).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors through consistent communication and personalized service
  • Guide clients through the investment readiness process and analyze borrower eligibility for loan structuring
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression from loan origination to closing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or experience in real estate, lending, or financial services industry
  • Minimum of 1 year of consultative/inside sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing 5+ loans/month for residential investments
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms
  • High level of perseverance and a strong work ethic
