Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hard Money Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans and review loan files and borrower documentation
• Analyze property details, exit strategies, deal structure, and overall risk, while calculating LTV, ARV, LTC, and rehab budgets
• Issue approvals and conditions, ensuring fast communication with the team and adherence to internal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending
• Strong understanding of Fix & Flip and Bridge loan underwriting
• Ability to evaluate ARV-based deals, rehab scopes, and budgets
• Strong knowledge of appraisals, title reports, insurance, and entity structures
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
