Hard Money Underwriter
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriting Specialist who can quickly underwrite Hard Money loans and make confident decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans and review borrower documentation
- Analyze property details, deal structure, and overall risk while calculating LTV, ARV, and timelines
- Issue approvals and work closely with team members to ensure efficient loan processing
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending / Commercial
- Strong understanding of Fix & Flip and Bridge loan underwriting
- Ability to evaluate ARV-based deals and rehab budgets
- Knowledge of appraisals, title reports, and insurance
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
