Hardware Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hardware Engineer (PCell/pyCell).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain parameterized cells (PCell/pyCell) for various devices and layout generators
• Ensure parameter validation, geometry correctness, and cleanliness of DRC/LVS
• Drive physical verification readiness and validate extraction views for simulation coherence

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Synopsys Custom Compiler
• Knowledge of physical verification tools such as Cadence PVS or Synopsys IC Validator
• Familiarity with unit/functional testing and regression suites for PCells
• Understanding of netlisting and simulation processes
• Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with relevant experience
