Key Responsibilities

• Manage component-related activities including preferred parts, obsolescence, and new part approvals
• Collaborate with teams to develop automation tools and ensure partners' satisfaction
• Monitor and improve component engineering processes and maintain relationships with key component suppliers

Required Qualifications

• B.E in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the electronics products manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with component engineering tools and exceptional technology acumen
• Knowledge of electronics and electromechanical components, along with strategic sourcing methodologies
• Experience in managing high-performing teams in a global environment
• Proven ability in risk identification, decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
