Hardware Engineering Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hardware Engineering Architect for Server/AI Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system-level architecture planning for Server/AI platforms and define product configurations
• Conduct architectural trade-off analysis and collaborate with various engineering teams to create product-level concepts
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to align design intent and present concept proposals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in data center system/server architecture
• Demonstrated experience leading concept-phase architecture for AI/server products
• Familiarity with Intel, AMD, Nvidia, or ARM CPU/GPU architectures
• Ability to use industry-standard ECAD tools for layout and schematic reviews
