Hardware Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to lead a remote, full-time team responsible for the lifecycle management and strategic oversight of hardware platforms, including IoT innovations and legacy systems, while ensuring reliability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary leader for hardware engineering, coordinating efforts across R&D and legacy operations
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of hardware products, including IoT and legacy systems
• Own the long-term hardware strategy, guiding platform decisions and investment prioritization

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in hardware engineering or product management
• Deep expertise in end-to-end hardware lifecycle management
• Strong strategic mindset with experience in defining multi-year hardware roadmaps
• Familiarity with Edge Compute, IoT devices, and AI-enabled hardware architectures
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills in a matrixed organization
