Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers remotely, the full-time Hardware Engineering Manager will oversee the development, validation, and launch of innovative products while providing technical leadership and project oversight to ensure compliance with performance, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Manage engineering projects from concept through production, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgets
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and product management teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• 8+ years of engineering experience in product development, manufacturing, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex engineering projects
• Strong understanding of product development processes, design controls, and engineering best practices
