Hardware Operations Lead

Job Summary

To drive hardware readiness from new product introduction through post-launch lifecycle support, the full-time Hardware Operations NPI & Lifecycle Lead will coordinate NPI activities, manage hardware configuration and BOM changes, and ensure operational readiness across teams, requiring work in the EST or CST time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Own coordination and tracking of hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) activities across various teams to ensure launch readiness
• Maintain and manage hardware Bill of Materials (BOM), including updates and change control processes
• Act as a key point of contact for hardware-related support issues, tracking trends and coordinating with internal teams and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 2+ years of experience in hardware operations, NPI coordination, or lifecycle management
• Familiarity with hardware components, systems configurations, and validation workflows
• Advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to operate independently
