Job Summary
A company is looking for a Hardware Operations Specialist responsible for customer support, operations, and technical problem-solving across hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding hardware orders, delivery status, and troubleshooting
- Place and track hardware orders, resolve vendor issues, and maintain organized records
- Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware products and manage standard hardware implementations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing operations, support, or technical coordination role
- Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems quickly
- Experience with hardware, digital signage, or similar systems
- Familiarity with networking basics (Wi-Fi, IP addresses, connectivity issues)
- Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and support platforms
