Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hardware Operations Specialist responsible for customer support, operations, and technical problem-solving across hardware products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients regarding hardware orders, delivery status, and troubleshooting
  • Place and track hardware orders, resolve vendor issues, and maintain organized records
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware products and manage standard hardware implementations
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing operations, support, or technical coordination role
  • Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems quickly
  • Experience with hardware, digital signage, or similar systems
  • Familiarity with networking basics (Wi-Fi, IP addresses, connectivity issues)
  • Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and support platforms
