Job Summary
Leading the configuration and validation of ruggedized servers, the full-time Hardware Principal Engineer will engage in hands-on testing and development to meet telecom and far-edge customer requirements while collaborating with global engineering teams in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, build, and test new ruggedized server configurations in a lab environment
- Develop and execute system-level test and validation plans for new server products
- Translate customer issues into actionable validation plans and provide clear solution recommendations
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with hardware, firmware, BIOS, management controllers, and OS integration
- Strong understanding of real-world edge conditions affecting system performance
