Hardware Product Manager

Job Summary

To own and evolve the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio, the full-time Hardware Product Manager will manage the end-to-end merchant experience, define a multi-quarter roadmap, and lead new initiatives while collaborating across various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the hospitality or retail hardware portfolio throughout its lifecycle, including launch and deprecation
• Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with the broader Hardware strategy, managing dependencies and driving measurable outcomes
• Engage with merchants to identify workflow friction and translate insights into roadmap priorities while ensuring supplier accountability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in a hardware or hardware-enabled SaaS environment with at least 1-2 end-to-end launches
• Demonstrated ownership of the full hardware lifecycle from discovery to deprecation
• Direct experience with hospitality workflows, including Payments, POS, and Kitchen Display Systems
• Cross-functional leadership experience across Product, Design, Ops/Supply Chain, and Support
• Practical understanding of hardware constraints, including manufacturing and compliance
