Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hardware Specialist in Payment Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process sales orders and RMA requests using NetSuite
Coordinate shipping logistics and update shipment statuses in NetSuite and Salesforce
Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and collaborate with internal teams for support enhancements

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
Familiarity with payment terminals and technical support is advantageous
Background in ordering, distribution, or supply chain management is a plus
