Job Summary

Providing technical support for financial center hardware, the full-time Hardware Support Specialist will monitor and troubleshoot ATMs and related equipment remotely while ensuring compliance with company policies and managing vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for ATM hardware issues, delivering customer support and coordinating service calls with vendors
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and manage the installation/removal of hardware for financial centers
  • Monitor hardware lifecycle and assist in planning for equipment replacements or decommissioning activities
Required qualifications
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience in information technology or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience in banking, technical support, or hardware support
  • Familiarity with ATMs and the associated settlement process is preferred
  • Strong customer service, documentation, and organizational skills
