Hardware Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hardware Support Technician I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for network infrastructure and internal systems software and hardware
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues
• Assist in maintaining data integrity, file system security, and recommend hardware and software solutions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with 0 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent education
• Ability to build stable working relationships internally
• Familiarity with IT inventory environments and technical instructions
• Interest in new technologies and ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Understanding of business operations and ability to excel in a technical environment
