Hardware Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic hardware development team, the full-time Hardware Systems Engineer will validate new server designs, create testing frameworks, and ensure quality across hardware ecosystems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute validation tests for hardware components, including server platforms and emerging technologies
- Support validation plans for new server designs through power/thermal testing and performance benchmarking
- Contribute to automation frameworks for hardware testing and collaborate with software teams on platform optimization
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in server hardware development, testing, or validation at a SaaS or similar company
- Hands-on experience with hardware validation methodologies and benchmarking tools
- Working knowledge of modern server architectures and key components
- Proficiency in Linux server environments and scripting languages such as Python and Bash
- Understanding of industry standards like PCIe, NVMe, and DDR
