Harness and Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To build a robust foundation for AI safety and security, the full-time Harness and Platform Engineer will design and maintain the agent harness, develop evaluation infrastructure for reproducible experiments, and collaborate closely with security research engineers, working remotely or from various locations across the US.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the agent harness
• Build systems for running and reproducing experiments
• Own environments, tooling, and ensure repeatable runs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python engineering skills and familiarity with containerized environments and CI/CD
• Experience with agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, or ML infrastructure
• Attention to versioned tooling and reproducible results
