Harness Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of an innovative agentic workflow, the full-time remote Harness Engineer will operate AI agents to deliver software, translate product requirements into agent-ready specifications, and ensure quality outcomes through review and validation of generated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate feature requirements into well-scoped, agent-ready specifications with clear acceptance criteria and success conditions
• Operate AI agents throughout the delivery cycle, managing the process from specification through review and validation
• Review and validate agent-generated output for quality and alignment with product intent before solutions reach clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on directing AI coding agents in production-ready software delivery
• Demonstrated experience delivering features using agentic or AI-assisted workflows
• Deep understanding of large language models and coding agents, including their behaviors and failure modes
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments working with cross-functional teams
