Job Summary
Working remotely from Hawaii, the full-time Client Service Representative will manage customer inquiries and provide solutions to enhance business operations, while enjoying a schedule of Monday to Friday with no night or weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically, ensuring excellent service
- Organize workflow to meet customer demands and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce experience is a plus
