Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide support for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and/or providers in a timely manner
- Resolves basic problems and mitigates complaints to prevent escalation
- Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience required
- Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs is preferred
