Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide support for members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and/or providers in a timely manner
  • Resolves basic problems and mitigates complaints to prevent escalation
  • Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a contact center environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience required
  • Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs is preferred
